This intake helps me understand where you're at, so I can help you with a plan.

how i work
  1. Understand the business
    Your focus, farm area, niche, production, proof, and where deals come from now.
  2. Find the weak link
    Positioning, visibility, lead capture, follow-up, or the systems behind them.
  3. Build the plan
    Website, home search, Google & local search, reviews, a sold-listings showcase, lead capture and tracking.
  4. Launch and compound
    Ship it, track what comes in, and keep widening the free leads so you lean less on paid.
